Shipping Over the Holidays

Just a reminder that online orders will be processed as per usual over the holidays however orders will not be shipped until the next business for most products. There will be no shipping on Christmas Day December 25th, Boxing Day December 26th, or New Year's Day January 1st.

Summer Upgrades Complete

We are back and production is in full swing. We have some new products to be unveiled in the fall so the next little while should be pretty exciting. Visit us for great audio products and enjoy the sun whenever you can!

Summer upgrades

We are upgrading our systems to increase our production capacity. We will NOT be shipping any orders between June 26th and July 21st. Orders placed during the break will ship commencing July 24th, 2023.

Shipping Notice

Canada and US shipping charges remain unchanged and are FREE for the York Phono Preamp. However, shipping charges to some other international destinations have been adjusted to reflect rising costs.

Due to the Labour Day holiday, there will be no shipments on Monday, September 5. Orders placed on Monday, September 5, will be shipped on Tuesday, September 6. Please allow one additional day for delivery.

Back to School Season

The back to school season has arrived but we still have some summery sunshine to enjoy, at least in this part of Canada. We have concluded inventory week and it's full steam ahead. We'll have a couple of interesting new product announcements in the next few weeks so stay tuned.

This week we are conducting inventory. Orders placed between Monday, August 22nd and Friday, August 26th will ship on Monday, August 29th.

Happy Civic Holiday long weekend!

August 1st is a civic holiday here in Ontario so we encourage everyone to get out and enjoy the sun. Shipments scheduled for Monday will go out on Tuesday due to the holiday.

Shipping News

We continue to enjoy excellent shipping times in North America using UPS and other couriers, much improved since the height of the pandemic lockdown. We are proud to continue to be able to ship most of our products on the next business day. We will however be doing internal inventory this Friday so orders placed on July 14th or 15th will ship Monday, July 18th.

Customize the York
​
We have implemented a Custom York page for those looking to fine tune their York Phono Preamp order. There are new loading options and the Black Edition is introduced. The loading options are recommended for the experienced user who has some specific cartridges in mind. Check out the custom York here.
