Made in Canada for your two channel amplification needs, the X400 and X600 integrated amplifiers provide stunning stereo power in a dual mono configuration utilizing the latest in Class D topologies. GaNFET devices support higher switching rates than legacy Class D thereby elevating this audio technology to true high fidelity performance on par with and in many ways surpassing that of high end A/B amplifier topologies.
The X Series integrated dual mono audio amplifiers deliver performance in line with high end Class A/B amplifiers without the cost or wasted electrons. Convenient tone controls and varied input options make for versatile integration in any system. Have your own preamp? bypass the onboard preamp with the front panel switch. Want to stream from your phone or other Bluetooth device? an integrated HD Bluetooth receiver is at your service. For minimalist systems: just add speakers.

DESIGN
​​The X Series implements many features and the latest semiconductor devices to provide a sophisticated high performance integrated stereo amplifier. Two independent channels, representing the proprietary core technology developed in-house by Six Acoustic, powered by separate power supplies provide the dual mono configuration which isolates the channels from one another. Each channel incorporates GaNFET switching devices in a BTL (bridge-tied-load) configuration allowing for a significantly increased switching frequency providing a level of fidelity unattainable by legacy Class D (MOSFET) based devices. A defeatable preamp stage provides bass and treble control while inputs range from single ended RCA and balanced XLR to HD Bluetooth. The high damping factor achieved by the Class D topology and the GaNFETs in particular makes for better speaker control in general and much tighter bass specifically.
