Customize the York
​
We have implemented a Custom York page for those looking to fine tune their York Phono Preamp order. There are new loading options and the Black Edition is introduced. The loading options are recommended for the experienced user who has some specific cartridges in mind. Check out the custom York here.

Price Increases
​
Due in no small part to the logistical and generally inflationary pressures exerted on our supply chains by the pandemic, our shipping and component costs have significantly increased over the course of the last 18 months. As a result, we are raising the prices of some items in our catalogue. Where possible, we have endeavored to minimize the impact of these increases. Updated pricing will take effect January 24, 2022.

Shipping in the Holiday Season
​
Shipping continues unabated through the holiday season. However, in anticipation of the Christmas rush, we recommend getting your orders in early to get them by Christmas. Most items, including the York Phono Preamp, ship next day by courier so U.S. customers should place their orders by the 16th and Canadian customers by the 20th to make it under the tree. If you are running late, get in touch to make sure that we can get it to you in time based on your location!

Shipping and Development News

For those folks that have been following our development of the integrated high power Class D amplifier, we have a couple of updates: the integrated amplifier has slowly evolved into a line of products which will feature power outputs ranging from 100W up to that of the X-1200 (1200W). This has been a long time coming and we hope to have something to show by end of October. This has been an intensive development period so now it is time to take a much needed late August break which leads to our next point:

Shipping News

We are happy to report that shipping of the York Phono Preamp continues without any delays and most orders of the York ship on the next business day. In Canada and the US, the York ships by UPS or Purolator and travel times are fast,1-3 business days. We are finding that we are much faster than most of the big online retailers and shipping on the York remains FREE!
